Responding to the needs of the community BDH Community Ventures were commissioned by Barking & Dagenham PCT, to design, build, finance and operate a health centre in a residential area of Barking, 0.5miles from the town centre. The new Health Centre specialises in Diabetes care, Asthma and Family Planning, serving the needs of the local elderly community and the increasing number of young families. We provided a full service from initial feasibility and design, through to construction and the current operation of the building. Our Estates team currently manage the life cycle maintenance and facilities management, ensuring that the building’s value does not depreciate and guaranteeing compliance with all new standards of quality and safety.
